WINTER scene watercolor of 1893 GENOA to be unveiled at next meeting!
In the spring of 2011, Perry High School ART STUDENTS painted in competition a “winter scene” of the old school. THANK – YOU to the many donors and especially WORKERS! $1000 was designated toward the 1893 Genoa Schoolhouse. Remaining proceeds assist with club operational expenses. We had U.S. 30 fans from near and far visit our sale; local vendors wanted in 2012!

Authentic American flag will be in 1893 Genoa one-room Schoolhouse
The 44-Star Flag: This Flag became the Official United States Flag on July 4th, 1891. A star was added for the admission of Wyoming (July 10, 1890) and was to last for 5 years. The Presidents to serve under this flag were Benjamin Harrison (1889-1893) and Grover Cleveland (1893-1897)
